Return Policy

 

Online Purchases 

Items bought online can be returned in store, in original condition, within 30 days of receiving the item(s) with proof of purchase, and we will happily arrange a refund or exchange with you. If you are not local, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping it back to us at MAKE. International shoppers may incur extra fees such as duties and taxes and they will be responsible for covering these costs. 

If you believe you have received an item with a defect, please email us your order number, with details about the defect, so that we can advise - returns are always subject to acceptance by us. Subtle colour differences due to dye lots or screen calibration, as well as suppliers' small changes in item packaging or details are not considered defects. Thank you for understanding.

Custom products are always non-returnable. 

In Store Purchases 

Within 30 days of purchase, regular price merchandise can be returned for a full refund (to the same tender) or exchange is also available.  All returns must be accompanied by a receipt. Sale merchandise is returnable for exchange only. Seasonal merchandise is non-returnable after the holiday date. Custom products are always non-returnable. 

Holiday Return Policy 

Purchases made as early as November 1, 2024 can be returned or exchanged until January 6, 2025.

  • All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.
  • Gift receipts and sales merchandise are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
  • Seasonal merchandise is non-returnable after December 24, 2024.
  • Customized items, earrings, and undergarments cannot be returned.

Abandoned Orders

If you fail to pick up your order within a reasonable time frame, your order is subject to our Abandoned Order Policy. We notify via email when orders are ready for pick up, we will re-notify once before the 60 day pick up period expires.

All orders except those containing custom embroidery: If you do not pick up your order within 60 days from when we notify you your order is ready for pick up, we will consider your order abandoned. Your order will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. If the item purchased is listed as a limited time offer, part of a fundraising campaign, on sale, or a holiday item, you will not receive a refund and the order will be donated.

Orders containing custom embroidery: If you do not pick up your custom order within 60 days from when we notify you your order is ready for pick up, we will consider your order abandoned. You will not receive a refund and the order will be donated.
